Summer Shakespeare
A Christmas Carol
Beauty and the Beast is an old tale that comes originally from France, but has been adapted in various versions in many other European countries.
Our play is a 20-minute, somewhat modern version of the tale, with many fun characters to play.
Join us this summer as you learn theatre terms, acting skills combined with some great outdoor experiences, all while rehearsing and performing this timeless tale.
Camp will be held at the Maple Valley Creative Arts Center and the Lake Wilderness Arboretum, Mon-Fri, July 1 - July 12 from 9 am -12 pm.

Our Parent Company, Northwest Theatre Productions, was created for the education, improvement and development of the continuing growth of the performing arts in the greater Maple Valley-Black Diamond community and adjacent King County Area. We are dedicated to both artists and audiences through the vehicle of quality family theatre, performing arts, and film.
We believe in and strive to create opportunities in our theatre for all people, no matter their gender identification, race or age.
We are flexible and adaptable as our landscape for theatre changes. We use all available resources to continue meet our mission.
